Milky Way Brownies Recipe

I made these up the other day, because I was craving brownies and thought Milky Ways would taste amazing inside of them.  My first recipe was just eh.  The flavors were great, but the texture and moisture levels were off.  So, I waited a day, changed the recipe, and made them again.I needed Milky Way brownies.

And they were a success!  Chocolatey, gooey, and fudgey – just like a brownie should be!

I’m thinking of throwing other candy bars into brownies, just because I can.  It was a very empowering, and deliciously successful endeavor.  I highly encourage it.

I made these last night and they are great. However, I barely got any Milky Way taste; it was all chocolate!

You're right! The Milky Way taste definitely isn't very strong! I'm thinking about adding some extra caramel swirls next time to bump that up a bit. :-)
  • Becky (So Very Blessed) says:
Sorry about that! Add them right before you pour the batter into the pan! I just added it to the recipe. :-)

I'm moving away from box mixes too. This recipe sounds delicious and easy. Will add it to next week's Christmas baking... to replace the fudge, I think.
