If you are struggling to lose weight and are sick of the cycle of yo-yo dieting, I’d love to help! I am a certified health coach and personal trainer and I have lost 100 pounds myself by one small change at a time. I live a very balanced life, eating the foods I love and exercising on my terms.

Weight loss is hard, especially when you feel like you’ve tried everything out there and nothing is working to give you that long-term success that you crave. It is disheartening, discouraging, and just drains you of hope.

It is so easy to feel overwhelmed by the massive amount of information out there when everybody claims their way is the “right” way to lose weight.

The problem is that there is no cookie cutter solution to weight loss.

It would be wonderful if I could give you a magic formula that would instantly melt the pounds away, but unfortunately, that’s just not the way it works.

Your body is different than my body, which is different than everybody else’s. You have to figure out the things that work for you, not your friends, family members, or that super fit woman in the infomercial.

Dieting works for awhile, but the weight always seems to creep back on when you get back to eating normally (which you always do because who wants to diet forever?).

One Small Change

After my own 100-pound weight loss experience, I became a certified health coach and personal trainer so that I could help women stuck in the cycle of yo-yo dieting and emotional eating lose weight, transform their lives, and find freedom in Christ by building a healthy lifestyle, one small change at a time.

I want to help you build a balanced and healthy life that you legitimately love living, built around your unique schedule, tastes, preferences, and relationships.

I believe in the power or prayer, accountability, and practical & realistic steps.
