Christian Monthly Journal Prompts – May 2025
Emotions can get a bad rap—whether it’s anxiety, sadness, frustration, or even joy. It’s easy to either push them down or let them take over, but God invites us to bring every emotion to Him. Instead of fearing or ignoring our feelings, we can use them as a way to draw closer to Christ.
That’s why I created this month’s journal prompts—to help you process your emotions with God, rather than trying to manage them on your own.
These prompts are inspired by the steps I shared in How to Process Your Emotions with God, guiding you to acknowledge your emotions, invite God into them, and let His truth shape your response.
Each day, you’ll reflect on a different emotion, bringing it before the Lord with honesty and trust. My prayer is that through this journaling journey, you’ll find greater peace, deeper faith, and a renewed awareness of God’s love and compassion for you.
Grab your journal, take a deep breath, and let’s step into this month with grace and truth—one emotion at a time. 💛
