Meal Prep Supplies I Love

Choppers

These save a ton of time when you are meal prepping!

The Mueller chopper has become my favorite meal prep accessory because it saves me so much time chopping tomatoes, potatoes, onions, bell peppers, and more.

I use the other chopper to chop nuts most often.

Baking Pans

I use all of these pans almost every week in my meal prep. The glass pans are great for casseroles, crustless quiches, homemade granola bars, and more.

The pans are ideal for sheet pan dinners and roasting vegetables.

I use the silicone baking mats every time I use the non-stick cookie sheets. They allow you to use less oil, which is great for weight loss, and the cleanup is much faster!

Glass Meal Prep Containers

These are my favorite containers to pack up our meals in. They are sturdy and the perfect size for all kinds of meal prep.

If you prefer your main dish and side dish don’t touch, you can use the two-compartment container.

Mason Jars

I use mason jars most commonly for homemade yogurt and overnight oats. They are great for meal prep, especially if you want to eat on the run.

Plastic Meal Prep Containers

I have mostly transitioned to using all glass containers, but I used plastic Tupperware for my meal prep for years.

They are cheaper and lighter, which definitely has its benefits!

Foil Baking Pans

These foil pans are especially helpful for freezer prep so that you can freeze casseroles and other dishes without using your glass or metal dishes.

Freezer Bags

These are freezer cooking essentials that are especially helpful for marinating meat, but also storing all kinds of freezer prep dishes.

Cooking Appliances for Meal Prep

These are all cooking appliances I use nearly every week for meal prep.

I make hard-boiled eggs, homemade yogurt, egg bites, and all kinds of other dishes in my Instant Pot.

My slow cooker is great for all kinds of soups, stews, curries, roasts, and even some breakfast casseroles.

The food processor is great for shredding large amounts of veggies (like sweet potato, carrots, or zucchini).

I use the immersion blender for things like mashed cauliflower, creamy soups, and smoothies.
