My first recipe was just eh. Â
The flavors were great, but the texture and moisture levels were off. Â
So, I waited a day, changed the recipe, and made them again
And they were a success! Chocolatey, gooey, and fudgey – just like a brownie should be!
I’m thinking of throwing other candy bars into brownies, just because I can. It was a very empowering, and deliciously successful endeavor. I highly encourage it.

I made these last night and they are great. However, I barely got any Milky Way taste; it was all chocolate!
You’re right! The Milky Way taste definitely isn’t very strong! I’m thinking about adding some extra caramel swirls next time to bump that up a bit. 🙂
Sorry about that! Add them right before you pour the batter into the pan! I just added it to the recipe. 🙂
what about the chocolate chips? You never say what to do with them.
Looks delicious. Would love for you to share your pictures with us over at foodepix.com.
Wow! Those look deelish! As do all your sweet indulgences! I never thought I’d have time to make my own brownies from scratch, but this sounds pretty simple. Thanks for sharing!
I’m moving away from box mixes too. This recipe sounds delicious and easy. Will add it to next week’s Christmas baking… to replace the fudge, I think.
