Christian Monthly Journal Prompts – April 2025

April is a month of renewal, hope, and reflection—a time to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus and the new life we have in Him.

But beyond Easter Sunday, the message of the cross and the empty tomb continues to shape our everyday lives.

Some days, we feel close to Jesus, feeling His goodness and blessings and resting in His love and promises (recently, I have especially been cherishing some of the calm bedtime moments and prayers with our two and four-year-old boys).

Other days, we feel weary, unworthy, and uncertain. This has been a very big season of change for our family and transition, even good transitions, are hard and require more thinking to get into a new rhythm.

These daily journal prompts are an invitation to slow down and lay it all down – the good, the bad, and everything in between – at Jesus’ feet.

Throughout this month, these prompts will invite you to reflect on the gift of salvation, the unshakable hope we have in Christ, and how His resurrection changes everything for us.

My prayer is that as you write, pray, and meditate on Scripture, you’ll experience the love of Jesus in a fresh and personal way.

Grab your journal and let’s walk through this month together—one day, one reflection, one step closer to the heart of Christ. 💛
