Fall Snack Mix Recipe
It’s finally fall!
It’s time to break out the apple cider and caramels and sweaters!
Except not the sweaters here. We’re still pretty warm here in Tucson. I’m still wearing shorts, tank tops, and flip flops. #DesertLife
Instead, I busted out fun fall soaps and Scentsy scents. Currently, my hands smell like apples and my living room smells like fall leaves. I’m practically in the middle of an apple orchard.
And I whipped up a quick snack mix to add to the autumn mood.
Honey roasted peanuts (the best kind), Bugles (crunchy salty cornucopias of goodness), dried cranberries (just a touch of fruity sweetness), and Reese’s pieces (fall colored bits of peanut buttery deliciousness).
Mix it. Mix it good.
That’s all there is to it! I like to divvy it into individual snack baggies to take to work and snack on between classes.
Now, please excuse me while I close my eyes and imagine I’m in a forest full of brilliantly yellow aspen trees whilst sipping hot apple cider from my moose mug.
