  • 4-6 sweet potatoes, washed
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Using a fork, puncture each sweet potato 5-6 times.
  2. Pour water into your instant pot and place the trivet inside.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes inside.
  4. Make sure that the valve is set to “Sealing”, select high pressure, and set the timer to 30 minutes.
  5. When the cooking cycle is complete, let the pot naturally release for 10 minutes, then move the valve to “Venting” to do a quick release of the remaining pressure.
  6. When the pressure has completely released and the pin has dropped, open the lid and carefully remove the sweet potatoes from the pot.
  7. Serve as desired.
