30 Days of Modified Juicing – Day 15

Halfway done today!  Woohoo!  15 days down, 15 to go!

I finally enjoyed fresh juice again today.  As much of a pain to make as it is…I feel better drinking it than the Naked juices.  It feels…I’m not exactly sure how to describe it…cleaner?  And as silly as it sounds, I feel like I’ve been eating too much.  Maybe that’s because the number on the scale keeps slowly increasing everyday.  Maybe not.  Who knows?

My dinner: sauteed zucchini!  I love this stuff.  Seriously.  I do.

I Skyped with my sister and niece tonight, which is always a good time in and of itself, but tonight we also got to see the ultrasound pictures of the new baby!  They’re not finding out the gender or telling anyone their name options, so there will be a lot of surprises in August!  I think it’ll be a nephew.

I hung up from that call and then I found out that Bethany had her baby!  I can’t wait to meet the little one!  She looks absolutely precious!

The Menu

Breakfast & Lunch: Fresh juice (5 cups of watermelon, 2 pints of blueberries, 2 cups of spinach, 1 peeled cucumber, 3 large carrots, 3 apples)

Snack: roasted veggie chips

Dinner: 2 medium zucchini, 1 green onion, and 1 tsp minced garlic sauteed with Mrs. Dash seasoning

Weight Loss Since Yesterday: +0.2 pounds

Weight Loss Since Day 1: -2.9 pounds (a smaller number every day…yikes!)

Mood: Loving all the children and babies!
