I didn’t get home until 8ish from the gym last night and after getting dinner ready and eaten and a few odds and ends taken care of, I really just didn’t have the energy to juice! So, I went the lazy juicer’s route for today’s breakfast and lunch – Naked juice. I’m hoping to be more on the ball about that because the Naked juice I usually get is the mango, which doesn’t have any vegetables in it. Though I am eating vegetables now, so I’m not sure it is quite as crucial as it was before. Maybe I’ll just buy the “green” Naked juice and mix some of it into the mango.
Can you tell I’m getting more and more lazy about it? I’m hoping I’ll be more geared up for it all next week.
Tomorrow morning is yoga. I. can’t. wait. I think yoga will be good for me. Who doesn’t want to be more bendy?
Breakfast & Lunch: Naked mango juice
Dinner: 2 cups zucchini and 2 cups chopped carrots steamed with Mrs. Dash seasoning and 1 apple
Weight Loss Since Yesterday: +0.5 pounds (I’m trying to just blame it on building muscles, because I feel healthy, but not starving…it’s a good place to be)
Weight Loss Since Day 1: -4 pounds (I’ll still take it!)
Mood: Life is good.
