Drank fresh juice this morning – loved it!  Took half a melatonin last night, so I slept great!  And it’s Thursday, which means tomorrow is Friday.  Which is awesome.  Workin’ for the weekends!

Taco was in a mood today.  It’s rough when you’re smothered with affection, showered with catnip, and constantly played with.

And I baked.  I can’t stay away!  I had an idea and had to see it to fruition!  I only took 2 bites.  One to make sure the flavors worked okay (but really, with chocolate and strawberry, it’s hard to go wrong!) and one to test the texture.  I think it’s a win.  🙂

In the process of baking, I noticed that the chocolate syrup from Walmart may contain traces of…anchovies?  I’m warming up to some strange flavor combos, but I have to say, anchovies are one thing that shouldn’t have anything to do with my chocolate.  Weird.

And I went to Body Step!  It. was. awesome!  In the first class, my feet were stumbling around and I just didn’t feel like I was getting the steps (though I DEFINITELY got a workout!).  Tonight, I felt like I was on fire!  The steps were easier to grasp and it was so much easier to keep up with the instructor!  When she started the cool down, I couldn’t believe the hour was already over!  I actually wanted the class to keep going.  I don’t think that’s ever happened to me before with any kind of exercise.

And now that we’re home, I’m completely wired!  If I didn’t have work tomorrow, I’d be staying up all night cleaning and baking and being productive!  My fingers aren’t typing fast enough to keep up with my thoughts.  And to think, I was dragging my heels going to class tonight, because I wanted to finish the book I’m reading.  So glad I went to class instead!

And now, I’m off to the kitchen to make juice! *dun du du duuun* (I don’t know what that was.  When I’m wired, I tend to make random noises.)

The Menu

Breakfast & Lunch: Fresh juice (3 peeled oranges, 7 small apples, 1 peeled cucumber, 2 cups baby spinach, and 4 large carrots)

Pre-Workout Snack: 1 handful peanuts and 2 bites of Chocolate Strawberry Baked French Toast

Dinner: 2 cups of sauteed zucchini and 1/4 cup Sprouts’ flame jumbo raisins

Weight Loss Since Yesterday: +1 pound (completely undoing the pound I lost yesterday.  Bummer.)

Weight Loss Since Day 1: -2.9 pounds

Mood:  Bouncing off the walls.  Deep thought of the moment – if “off the heezy” means “off the hook,” am I currently bouncing off the weezy?  Ponder.
